Mr. Aginsky is one of the principal shareholders of the Company and acting President of Atlas Facilities Maintenance, Inc. since the company’s acquisition and merger with another local facilities maintenance company in May of 2013.  He is also the Founder and Managing Director of the Portland-based Aginsky Group of Companies, which, for over a decade, has focused on creating value for its clients (most of which are foreign High Net-Worth Individuals and mid-market companies in emerging economies) through global arbitrage opportunities and unique cross-border investment strategies.

 

Mr. Aginsky led project teams, which identified investment opportunities for the firm’s global clientele of savvy investors across a myriad of asset classes from Private Equity and Venture Capital to commercial real estate and LBOs, then engaged in conducting extensive due diligence on the selected opportunities, followed by structuring the deals, negotiating the terms, brokering the transactions, arranging financing, and then actually managing those assets post-acquisition to ensure healthy growth and double-digit rates of return.  Having successfully placed hundreds of millions of dollars for investors all over the world and in the U.S., Mr. Aginsky’s work has been internationally recognized.  He has been interviewed by such leading publications as Reuters, Moscow News, Voice of America, Moscow Times, Euronews, the Business Journal syndicate, and members of U.S. Congress and Senate, just to mention a few.

 

He received his B.A. in International Affairs from Lewis and Clark College and holds an MBA degree in International Business Management with a specialization in Finance from Thunderbird, The School of Global Management.  Mr. Aginsky is also currently pursuing an executive graduate program at the Harvard Business School.  Mr. Aginsky is fluent in Russian and English.
