Atlas Facilities Maintenance, Inc. is seeking motivated professionals to grow our vital Sales Team. The right candidates will be able to follow the direction of Senior Management in helping the company to achieve the high quality of sales and service we are known for.
While the hours are typically 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday, rare evenings and weekends may be necessary for marketing and customer relations purposes.
The successful candidates must have proven ability to multitask, remain flexible, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced deadline-driven and constantly changing environment. The candidates will be expected to clearly convey thoughts and ideas and will have exceptional problem solving, written and oral communication skills. Experience in janitorial services is a plus. The candidates will be expected to identify the prospects problem issues and assist with preparation and recommendations of possible alternative solutions. Must be able to work well independently, yet remain a team player.
We are seeking highly motivated salespeople from entry level through management to contact businesses throughout the Portland Metro Area, Salem and the Greater Pacific NW.
Some past sales experience is preferred. However, we are willing to train the “right” candidates. If you have a database of contacts in the commercial building industry (i.e. Property Managers, Building Owners, etc…) your resume will rise to the top.
We offer compensation plans tailored to your experience. Plans can range from 20 x HIGHER than industry standard Commission only, to Base plus commission (commissions on this plan are 6 x HIGHER than industry standard). A strong salesperson can potentially earn $100,000.00 your first year!
